"Perfect World" is a song sung by the Theme Song Guy while Kuzco is on his way towards the Japanese Parliament building. The song serves as Kuzco's introduction in High School Days.

LyricsEdit

Theme Song Guy: There are despots and dictators

Political manipulators

There are blue bloods with the intellects of fleas

There are kings and petty tyrants who are so lacking in refinements

They'd be better suited swinging from the trees

He was born and raised to rule

No one has ever been this cool

In a thousand year old democracy

An enigma and a mystery

In Japanese history

The quintessence of perfection that is he

He's the representative of the nation

He's the hippest dude in creation

He's the hap-cat in the Japanese parliament

Years of such selective breeding

Generations have been leading

To this miracle of life that we all know

Kuzco: Me!

Theme Song Guy: What's his name?

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: That's his name!

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: He's the representative of the world!

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: Is he hip or what?

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: Yeah!

He's the representative of the nation

He's the hippest cat in creation

He's the alpha, the omega, A to Z

And this perfect world will spin

Around his every little whim

Cause this perfect world begins and ends with

Kuzco: Me!

Theme Song Guy: What's his name?

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: That's his name!

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: Is he hip or what?

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: Don't you know he's the representative of the world?

Chorus: Kuzcoooooo!

Theme Song Guy: Oh yeah!

Ow!

Kuzco: Boom baby!

TriviaEdit

  • The song itself is a parody of Perfect World from the 2000 animated movie, The Emperor's New Groove. While it serves the same purpose of introducing Kuzco, this version is modified so that Kuzco is described as an elected official in the Japanese parliament rather than an emperor like in the movie.
  • Coincidentally, the segment right before this song (and Kuzco's introduction) in High School Days involves Cuban dictator Laureano de Torres y Ayala, and the song itself mentions dictators in general.
